History
The brick business block formerly at 21-23 North Main Street was purchased by the College from J.S. McClelland in 1936. In 1937 it was renovated for the Photostat and Photograph Departments (relocated 1954), the Superintendent of Construction, and the Faculty Stenographic Office (relocated 1950). The block was demolished when ground was cleared for the 1955 Oberlin Inn.Source
